Ok, to anyone reading this. I have been playing with this mod since the day it was released and I absolutely assure you it is a must have. At first I was iffy about it but these are much higher quality decals than they look in the photos above and if you are constantly in combat like myself, you will see these more than anything else in the game. They are reflective (at least with ENB) and awesome and they add a lot of color even when there shouldn't be color. Download this mod!
EDIT: After a couple months, how the hell is this mod not getting more attention. This would be in my top 10 mods of all time for sure, its amazing.
I suppose this isn't getting more attention because it breaks immersion. People tend to like specific themes for their playthroughs, and unless it's a wacky playthrough with all sorts of silly mods, rainbow star decals don't fit in very well with the whole wasteland survival thing.
Having said that, I won't be using it myself just yet but downloaded just so I could click endorse. It looks cool as fuk. The video showcasing what this mod does also put a big smile on my face. It's just excellent. Going to track this for later.
