I have been looking for a nice looking 45.cal Semi auto pistol and there are a few cool ones, but no one with a COOL sound and feel. And I can't believe I've missed this beautiful mod! This will probably not be read but thanks anyway!!
The model, textures and details on the slide especially are really nice looking and the black/gold is awesome. Yeah it has two of each options for barrels etc, but not a big deal ss long as it functions as intended. The high tier full auto configuration with drum mag is badass btw.
My only issue with this mod is that the hammer is constantly up, other than that, no huge problems. I like it better than Deadpool2099's .45 Auto Pistol because the name feels better, and my former military mindset says two hands on the weapon in combat situations, so that really irks me. Good work
Well, of course Deadpool's 1911 isn't accurate to the one in the real world. It's based on the version used in the Honest Hearts DLC in Fallout: New Vegas. The model and one handed wielding was featured there too. Really wished people read mod descriptions :/
Not sure if the duplicate mod issue was addressed, but I'm working on a personal bashed patch moving several of the weapon mods into one merged mod. Figured out that the issue is that the weapon bodies and receivers have duplicate parent attachment points.
Suggestion regarding the sights: The front sight is far too low for normal sight picture. The top of the front sight should be level with the top of the rear sights. That should take care of any problems with the front sight getting lost behind the body of the rear sight.
I tried to get exactly that desperately, but couldn't. I settled for what it is now, honestly. I'm not very well versed with the method of sight-picturing in Fallout 4's engine, and couldn't do much better than I have. Hopefully all future projects prove easier.

I'd recommend you use just about any other 1911 mod on here.
I know it's an M1911A1, not an M45A1, but I used this one instead of mine. There's also this one, which is also an M1911A1.
