if anyone wants to know. at this date this mod still works. and if you want to raise the vender cap amount it can easily be done with xedit. Download and install this mod. then open xedit and just select this mod and fo4 esm. open the mod and open the leveled item tab there you will find a line that reads leveled list entries (sorted) this is were you will find the caps amount under Caps001 "Bottlecap" [MISC:0000000F] just change the numbers on all of them not just one entry do all of them and try to keep it consistent. for instance i added 2k to all of them so no matter what the game chooses its around 2k caps
Ah damn! I can definitely make a 5k version then, can you just test my current file with your updated/expanded game first and let me know it still works? As long as my mod only needs the amount changed it should be easy as anything.
