SPOILER Hints to help you while playing this mod
So here's everything you need to do to get past the puzzle after reading the Welcome Brochure:
1. Activate the "Ticking Clock" then go to the Vend-O-Matic
2. Loot Tokens from the "Unattended" Baggage, Launch Pail (floor near the Chem Station), as well as the Chem Station and Stove using the "Transfer" option, then go to the Vend-O-Matic
3. Repair the Easy Rider Motorcycle, then go to the Vend-O-Matic
4. Make 5 additional clocks work, one by the couch, one above Mia's picture, one in the bathroom, one above the Chem Station, and the Nicka Cola Clock in the corner by the door to the backroom, then go to the Vend-O-Matic
5. Repair the Dilapidated Engine, the High Performance Engine, and the Lawnmower (in the bathroom), then go to the Vend-O-Matic
At this point you should be able to get "Another Clue" from the Vend-O-Matic and start Mia's quest.
NOTE: You need to actually READ all the magazines you get from the Vend-O-Matic
OTHER ASSORTED SPOILERS:
- Inoculant (In Farnsworth's Safe, unlocked from The Professor's Terminal) - Will allow you to safely ingest the new ingestibles, eat Dr. Nick's stew, pick up Dr. Nick's Bubblehead, use the Coffee Machine, Espresso Machine, barber's chair, and reconstructive surgery chair. The Inoculant is also available in the Custom Player Home.
- Key to Mia's Safe (Quest reward) - Allows you to safely unlock and loot Mia's safe.
- Key to the Backroom (In Mia's Safe) - Allows you access to the Back Room at Dr. Nick's and the ability to talk with Professor Farnsworth to get the next quest.
- The Professor's Password (Quest reward) - Allows access to The Professor's Terminal where you can unlock Farnsworth's Safe and then safely loot it.
- Dr. Nick's Bubblehead (In the back room) - Grants a perk that lets you safely loot the dead bodies in Dr. Nick's. Requires you to have taken the inoculant to safely interact with it.
- Inoculant + Dumbtats will allow you to interact with the Lucky Statue and get a permanent buff
- A Wrench of EASY Repair (Vend-O-Matic) - Allows you to Repair the Easy Rider motorcycle
- "The clock is ticking" clue (Vend-O-Matic - Welcome Brochure) - Activate the "Ticking Clock"
- "Tokens can't buy happiness" clue (Vend-O-Matic - Clue Note) - Obtain Tokens to unlock the next Vend-O-Matic item
- "Clockwerks Magazine" (Vend-O-Matic) - Reading it allows you to safely fix all the clocks and earn tokens.
- "Big book of small engine repair" (Vend-O-Matic) - Reading it allows you to safely repair all the engines except the Easy Rider, and earn tokens.
- "Safe Cracker Magazine" (Vend-O-Matic) - Reading it allows you to safely interact with all the safes in Dr. Nick's. Opening all the practice safes will get you a sample of and recipes for both Locksmith Oil and HaXXor.
- Tokens can be safely looted from the Unattended Luggage, Launch Pail, and all Workbenches (using the "Transfer" option)
- Wearing Dr. Nick's Tactical Lab Coat (Quest Reward) will allow you to safely interact with all Workbenches, the Nicka Cola Machine, the Ice Machine, the Cigarette Machine, the Decontamination Arch, and the Washing Machine in Dr. Nick's.
- Things that will kill you when you interact with them under any circumstances: Both radios, the Intercom device, Mia's Caps Stash, the Christmas tree, the urinal, the Grill, the bathroom door, the exhaust fan, the explosive devices under the counter, the bells on the counter, Dr. Nick's cash register, the refrigerator, the electrical panel, the sketchy autodoc, the chemical shower, the oil lamp, and the oxygen tanks.
