3a shows that you do have several mods in your list and fallout's loadorder. You might want to try 3b or lower as it might be reading that to be there,this happens if you have more then just a few mods installed. Hopefully it works
Do keep in mind that the first one and the update have different id-codes and if i'm right then the codes are for the regular one.
I can't get the id code to work in the console. I put in player.additem 3A001BF6 1 and it says that it can't be found. Did I put it in wrong or is the ID wrong?
Sadly that is an issue with the stealth, if you use a hair mod then most lightly it will let you be bald. If you however wear a helmet, it will show the helmet. Apparantly the use of stealth removes the hair on the head

I have a Chinese Stealth Armor no-helmet mod, perhaps that might be conflicting or something. But I still become bald even if I disable that mod.
