    lol sativa, with the final version, if there's a rad gun or soemthing that shoot's rad's thank me for that =] i'm making it now he's just gotta accept it in, i think he planning on making if so you can turn people into ghoul's, dat b kool tho i won't b doing that i just make basic stuff and stat's, and if you want just pm me for armour, weapon medicine, and food stat changes =]

    Not downloading the mod just due to certain other mods I have requiring the chance of actual radiation death but just from the idea I don't know how the fallout games thus far haven't had this as a base game feature... becoming a ghoul from radiation seems like it should have been possible for the player from the start...
    Good idea for a mod, glad to see people have made mods that fix weirdly lacking concepts in the base game.
    (little shocked wmk pretty much led to nv getting wep modding as a base thing yet this idea wasn't put in anywhere)

    There doesen't seem to come a quest in the Pip-boy. Is it supposed to be that way? O.o


    well what would you expect the quest to read ? Go die from a radiation Overdose ?

    when the mod is first loaded you get a messagebox you have to confirm, informing you that the mod has been correctly loaded and that you should watch your rads. and from that point on the mod is active (and just to say it, there actually runs a quest, its just invisible to the pipboy)

    once you get exposed to 1000 (or more) rads, the mod kicks in and you will be presented with several quests actually (though it does affect gameplay, ghouls consider you one of their own and will help you if you are attacked and ferals don't care about you (so go observe what ferals do, when they aren't attacking you))

    the main-quest involves a solution to turn human again, however this only works ONCE !! so if you turn human again and get exposed to more than 999 rads again, you'll die for good that time.

    and towards the followers mod, I don't use it so i can't say what the exact problem is, but i would assume it has something to do with you no longer being human (I did not make any changes at all towards followers, the only large change is the race change, you no longer are human, but instead are ghoul, so there might be a conflict with followers & non human races)

    Hmmm i don't know why, but this mod tends to conflict with Phalanx compilation (the mod that greatly enhances NPC-companion interactions/actions/everything).
    By that, I mean:
    1.) You cannot talk to some NPCs, including the settings NPC from the Phalanx mods
    2.) My NPCs tend to wander off and randomly get lost as soon as I turn on this mod.

    Does anyone know a workaround around this, or if anything can be done?

    did you put all the files in the right folders ?

    if all files are where they should be, the only thing i could think of as a reason are your other mods, would you mind sending me a list of the mods you are using per PM, so i can check if theres a compatability issue ?

    I did clean the mod with FO3edit to reduce incompatability, but there still might be some ressource conflict.

    i did do a new save i loaded it with out the old addon then i saved then i turned one the new one went to vaut 87 and when i reached 1000 pop there goes my game

    are you using the same savegame ?

    you can only play it once, the quest does not autoreset, you would have to reset it by console. otherwise this is a quite likely reason the game crashes. since you are triggering a script, who's conditions all have been completed.

    a way to replay it would be to unload the plugin, start a savegame confirm the warning about content change. make a new savegame, exit and load the plugin again (this would remove the quest from your achievement list completly resetting it. you would keep the experience you gained from (and level/skill/perks if you leveled up during it) but you will loose the custom content (which if I remember correctly wasn't in V1.6 so you should be good.

    so to sum it up:
    you can only turn ghoul once and cure it (there is only 1 cure sample in the game and even if you cheated and added another one, you couldn't become a human again (conditions aren't working like that))

    I may fix this in the next version, that you can get exposed twice however you will live out your days as a ghoul than.

    so for now, once you cured your ghoulification, don't expose yourself to more than 999 rads

    also you nearly died, you just survived cause martha picked you up and brought you to underworld where the doc patched ya up (who is even before the mod working on curing ghoulification)

    when ive been playign 1.6 a bit now and when ever i go to vault 87 and i get my 1000 and plays the cut your dads voice and them my game crashes. does it madder that i have gone threw it before and has had it cured on a diffrent file version.
