Thanks for taking the trouble to come back and fix the little problem with this mod, I still love playing Fallout 3 and this is one of the staple mods I use. Always loved the variety of cows in the wastes with this mod.
On replacing the corrupt CanadienneBrahmin texture; don't forget to replace the CanadienneBrahmin mesh also! I would recommend copying the JerseyBrahmin files, since they look similar to the Canadienne.
For those who encounter the corrupted brahmin texture (like me) I suggest duplicating one of the other brahmintextures and renaming it appropriately replacing the corrupted one. That way you can use the mod without problems.
There does seem to be an issue with one file in the Zip, however the meshes and textures are there. So if you want it to make Ol'Bessy unique, its a good resource
