Installation:
extract the file
open the folder
copy the .esp file to your Fallout3\data folder
activate the .esp through the launcher or FOMM

you need either the v08 OR the no_ramp file (NOT BOTH) as main file
optionally you can install the talon/raider/enclave file/files
