      In fallout new vegas was already removed/not implemented by default from obsidian. So if tale of two wastelands uses FNV as base there is no need.

   Thank you, it's doing my head in so much I specifically searched for this.
   The comments never bothered me before but this play-through it's like everyone in the world has turned into an annoying twunt.
