Hmm. I'll check that out when I get home from work tonight. I'm fairly sure it's because the name of the .esp has changed a little. Sorry about that. Could you try changing the name to what it was before? (In V0.9) If that doesn't work you can open the .esp in GECK and save it. Then check it in FOMM. It should work fine, then.
EDIT: Hmm, well the names of the .esps are the same. If nothing above works could you post your load order? If anyone else has CTDs please post as well. I'd like to see what the problem is.
V0_95 is giving me a CTD when I load. At first I thought it was because I upgraded with all my loot still in the containers, but after taking everything out it still happens. Then I thought it was because of 'Mothership Zeta Restore Access' but even with that disabled I get a CTD when loading.

I'll be adding to this once I've done a bit more on my furniture mod.

v0_9 works fine however.
He knows the teleporter clips the wall, he's fixing that, and I'm not sure what your problem with the teleporter to the core is.
