Maybe have the TARDIS park a little bit closer to places like Rivet City, so that way you do not have to walk far at all and elsewhere. Add some more buttons to teleport you to hard to get places like Vault 87 or wherever. Plus it would be cool if the voices of the various doctors besides William Hartnell played when you push the button where it quotes him. Oh there is a holotape thats part of a TARDIS mod for Fallout 4 where it lets you summon the TARDIS wherever you are so you can make a quick getaway incase you get into more trouble then you can handle. Just some suggestions, its an amazing mod regardless.
it is unlikely that Murfy27 is ever going to come back, he told me way back in '11 that he might be uploading a ver. that is fixed & with more stuff added, but 6 years later and still nothing. so i guess its dead. however i have uploaded a version with the navmesh fixed, npc friendly. found here, http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16627. i also made a version with rooms, player quarters, barracks for NPCs, and a huge storage area, that could be a trophy room. i may upload it one of these days.
I hate to say this to you but could you please expand this into a sort of mini adventure mod? Quests aren't really necessary but a huge amount of extra rooms that might possibly have some weird creatures to find and combat would be freaking awesome.
i cannot for the life of me get this mod to work, i've done exactly as instructed and unzipped to Data folder, and checked mod in load order... is there something i'm missing?
