Installation:
Open "dblbarrels.rar" with winrar [or equivalent]. Put "dblbarrels.esp" into your Fallout data directory [default C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data].
Place [drag and drop] the "meshes", "textures", and "sound" folders into the data folder also.
