   Your efforts to make the mesh size smaller have been successful; my head now pops out of the hat.
   
   EDIT: But to be fair, the original file didn't work for me either. The position of the hat on the head was off so it was floating behind me and on its side. It did let me see some weird gold cross symbol on the inside of the hat though.
