for people who are using this mod there is a FO3 siren mod that could work well with the silent hell fog not the same sound as the silent hill siren but it's close to it Alert Sirens by ozzyfan.

Everybody! My suspicions have been confirmed. Wasteland Weather Overhaul is an unintentional patch for this mod. When using this mod, I was getting Silent Hill weather in areas that I shouldn't, instead of the DLCs that I had picked. Now, it only shows up in the southeastern portion of the Capital Wasteland. Presumably, because the weather is only supposed to show after you blow up the Citadel, and the weather is triggering prematurely. The weather seems to extend to Megaton. If you fast travel to an area far away from the downtown ruins, the Wasteland Weather Overhaul kicks in, and the prematurely triggered Silent Hill weather is overridden. If that doesn't work, you can use the weather control terminal in Tenpenny Tower. This was a pleasant surprise, as I expected the mods to conflict in a bad way, instead of as I intended. I must note that the weather which will show up on that boundary line is iffy. Also, I'm guessing that Megaton will still have a heavy green hue, if you blow it up. The Silent Hill weather is only supposed to show up in the wasteland after blowing up the Citadel, and not Megaton. I also realize that, I might have not fixed anything, and that the weather always ends at that boundary line. However, as far as I could tell, I was getting the Silent Hill weather everywhere that I should not (except indoors), until I downloaded the Wasteland Weather Overhaul. Here are the lighting/weather mods in my load order:

    [x] Realistic Interior Lighting.esp
    [x] Realistic Interior Lighting - OA.esp
    [x] Realistic Interior Lighting - BS.esp
    [x] Realistic Interior Lighting - PL.esp
    [x] TheOutbreak - Wasteland Moods - Silent Hell - The Pitt.esp
    [x] Silent_Hell_Lookout.esp
    [x] Wasteland Weather Overhaul .9 (no interiors).esp

NOTICE! I don't even have the Broken Steel plug-in for Silent Hell, which causes the effect after blowing up the Citadel!

Fellout for some, Silent Hell for others... They worked perfectly. Love this mod; 5 minutes into the usual game, already almost had the pxss quite litterally scared out of me. Never got this kind of reaction from Fallout 3 before, thanks. New experience. xD
    Will endorse. >
