I used this and followed the quest marker but the guy I had to talk to wasn't there. I then went to the location I was meant to and couldn't find him there either so I spawned him in. After I completed the quest I got the next one and was told to speak to him again, but alas, I couldn't find him again. Does anyone have a fix for this?
if this dont work, you can shoot Rothchild, make him unconscious, and drag him to the map. where he regains conscious and asks if there is anything else. skipping the whole speech, but giving you the quest.
DING DING! I FOUND *my* particular issue and the reason why Rothchild was glitched: any perk that you might have that modifies an original one(in this case, my Vampirism perk that changed Hematophage) will glitch Rothchild. I think anything that ultimately alters the effects or otherwise of a player-based stat/perk might be one of the leading causes to the problem. I'm guessing our beloved likes his ice cream vanilla and nothing else!

*P.S, To those wondering: no, "Mart's Monster Mod" and "A Good Hairday" didn't glitch him- for me at least.
This helped me, because I couldn't get the console command to work. But after looking at a comment here, I realized it's because I didn't add the space before the stage number. On wiki, you can't tell there's a space before it, because of the line position. I edited the wiki page to properly show the space.
