I was just looking at this outfit yesterday and thinking, If only this was set up for the pipboy, meatcaps, and females, I would really use this in a mod... And today, tada! Amazing. I'd also like a new car, and a pony, and... uh...
Anway, really good job on finish Bethsda's work for them.
Only one problem - when I tested it in game, my female character was missing her right hand! I checked it out in the GECK, and though it isn't evident in your screenshots, it appears as though the female right glove is set to the left hand model. Fix that, and this baby'd be perfect...

Well, I have a replacer for the Antagonizer's armor, so it's not the best thing.
I'm not sure WHY they did this, as the male version of the gloves appears to look just fine on a female character. Just clear the listed female mesh for Lyons' gloves and it should be perfect.
(I made the change in the ESP myself, just clearing the female gloves, and tried it out on my female character. So that is tested, anyway. Heh.)
I knew I was missing something when I made the ESP. This is what I get for having two mods running with one of them having the right edits to the ARMA lists and the other not (I have a random weapons/items ESP that I had applied the ARMA fix for the Elder Lyons robe to, but I forgot to apply it to the ESP for this mod as well). ">
Oh well, it's an relatively easy thing to fix. The newly Uploaded file should take care of this small little hindsight problem.
Can I beg you to do the same for the Mysterious Stranger outfit? It pops into view in first-person mode, and interferes with the Pipboy as well.

Now all I have to figure out is how to re-texture it (to my colour of pref) and stats...
Seeing as there's Recon armour under that robe, one wonders why the stats don't allow for it... Hmmm.
