Well, this mod is dead but I have seen this question asked many times and have not seen an answer anywhere so for posterity's sake since I have figured out the issue with the NPC voice files I will let any stragglers know how to fix it. It is stupidly simple actually, there is only one step and you don't even need any modding knowledge.
Navigate to your Fallout 3 install directory and go to Data\sound\voice then rename the folder "EnclaveCommander SMv.esp" to "EnclaveCommander SMv.esm".
That's it, the sound files will now play properly, even if some of the text doesn't actually match. The text can be fixed in the GECK easy for anyone that cares about that though.
Whenever I spawn in Eldar Guardians, they just show up as guys in their underwear with long blonde hair and Frag Grenades...what am I missing here? Now, before ANYONE suggests 'Archive Invalidation Invalidated', I tried it TWICE: once without AII, and once WITH AII...BOTH times, it occurred the same way...HELP!
Can someone help me with this, I seem to be having problems with the IG combat armor as the sleeves change texture and color to whatever I walk on, I have checked and I do have everything I need in the Cadian 40k folder but this still is going on?
So, this is a VERY old post i understand. But i can tell you that 8 or 9 years ago, i remember this exact issue i had with a weapon. If you manually installed this you may overwritten something or potentially missed a file. It's highly recommended to use FOMM or NMM. Next, do you have archiveinvalidation? That's absolutely necessary as it can also screw up textures and other things in the game.
Somone HELP whenever I wear the IG combat armor the sleeves and undershirt change different textures to whatever I'm walking on. the NPCs wear it and their sleeves look fine, it's only when I wear it that the sleeves texture changes. I don't know what I'm missingPLEASE HELP
How do you make the units wearing Power Armor, the one the Space Marines wear(and others similar to the armor the SM's wear) NOT impervious? No matter what I do they don't go down 1 Hitpoint, it's like they're the equivalent to liberty prime.

I have downloaded all three parts to the mod and the vo085 update but still the textures of the soldiers and creatures are just grey and dull.
How do I fix this?
