Man I should got this Mod a LOoooooong time ago.. its sorted alot of Game probs mostly to do with the sheer number of bad guys shooting at me... Game play is much better and lag is slowed down. Cheers!
It doesn't remove the VATS blur for me either, but the hit blur is gone, I guess that it's the blur that blurs the background behind the selected target when using VATS that should be gone? I use patch 1.4.0.6 and No Blur Effect is loaded last.
Nice. I used to run on High texture settings but get FPS drops when the blur camera effect in VATS came into effect, so I ran on Medium textures instead for a steady FPS.
If you like the blur effect in V.A.T.S., Cehan has a version that only effects the blur when you're hit by a bullet that you can get at the following link:

For those it's not working for, it's probably due to being overwritten by or conflicting with another mod.
I use patch 1.4.0.6 and No Blur Effect is loaded last.
