Very true, that is because the nexus has changed the way mod url pages are set up, and many FO3 mods are old but still work, but the authors have moved on and the links have not been corrected. See Below

I realize this might just be me, but is there a way to edit some config file or other so that the schematic for a given type of ammo will produce more or fewer rounds per unit? 50 rounds of .308 seems excessive, particularly next to the comparatively conservative 80 rounds of 5.56. I make more 5.56 all the time, but I've only made around eight to ten units of .308, and, having several hundred rounds for what seems intended to be a one-shot-one-kill weapon, I doubt I'll ever need to make more. Like I said, might just be me, but I feel like the balance is a little wonky, and I'd love it if there were a way for the user to adjust that sort of thing. Otherwise, this mod is absolutely invaluable.
People, as You give us mods with a lot of schematics putted into general vendors lists it makes the lists to big. Why don't make NPC, the special vendor (the Collector) which will sell only additional schematics? This vendors could be linked to the CRAFT general mod make it standard. What do You think?
I agree. It's a little irritating to look for something in the vendor list when you have to scroll through the enormously long list of ammo schematics. I love this mod, but would prefer if the schematics came from somewhere other than the main vendors. Even the Ammo Toolkits mod provides a way to remove their schematics from the vendor lists, in case you prefer to manually find them scattered around the wasteland. Still, I love this mod and have endorsed it. Thank you for making it.
