      From the Description Page:
      How to Find Claw
      ________________
Look for him Near the banks of the Exterior of Rivet City. If you go down the platform below the Rivet City Sign, Go forward a little to the Column and Statue and look to your left. He's down a little slope. If you have the COMM mod installed he's next to the Boat that ports you. See Screen-Shots.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the textures on Claw are all screwed up. When I rotate around Claw, the textures change. I'm pretty new to modding with Fallout 3, so I'm almost certain there's something I'm doing wrong but I can't seem to figure it out on my own.

What you are experiencing is most likely an archive invalidation issue. It is a game engine bug that prevents the proper display of new textures. If you are using either FOMM or NMM as your mod manager, click on the Tools tab, and go down the drop-down menu to Archive Invalidation. Click on it to activate it, then restart your game. The issue should be cleared up. If not, let me know and we will try something else.

"Wish a buckethead would show up, I'd rip his legs clean off!" I friggin love this guy! I refuse to complete another playthrough without him <3 <3

EDIT: I made a quick conversion of Claw for use with TTW, you have been credited.

No need, ive figured it out. I opened the mod in GECK and set Leveling Data: Calc Max to 50 for the moment. I had to disable and re enable the mod for it to work but its working. Thanks for the help.

A NPC's level cap can be set to 99, if I remember correctly, but as I have never tried it myself, I cannot say for sure.  That said, I will PM you a bit later on, regarding how to make the adjustments in the GECK.  I do not want to add any more "off topic" comments to this thread than I absolutely need to.

Yeah, I have no idea how to use GECK so any help would be much appreciated. Additional info if it helps, I am playing the Steam GOTY version of fallout 3 and my current level is 29 but I have a level cap mod which sets the cap at 99.

I believe Claw is set up to only advance with the Player up to level 20.  If you have Broken Steel, your level cap is 30, and, if I remember correctly, if you are using "My Utility World" (MUW) by freddie_farnsworth, level cap is 50.  It is quite possible even just a 10 level difference leaves Claw way behind in his ability to "keep up" with you.

If you are comfortable using the GECK, you can open up his file and make the changes there.  If you would like some assistance with that, let me know, and I will walk you through it.

Love the mod, I don't know if you still work on this (6 years after publishing so probably not) but I find he is very weak during the later of the DLCs (Mothership Zeta, Point Lookout, ect). I had to enable essential on him but he is still always getting knocked out. I figure this will never be updated, so does anyone know how I can edit it myself?

    I cant find him anywhere

First off, make sure that the mod is active in your load order.  Next, travel to Rivet City.  There should be a path leading down to the riverbank just south of the walk-up to the bridge (the Project Purity side).  He should be standing down there, waiting for you.
