Very useful, as I'm not really keen on using any kind of power armor. This kevlar vest adds great deal of damage resistance to the regular (non-power-armor) clothing and that's just great.
It's a strange feeling to see this mod is 8 years old, and the last comment - before this one - is 3 years old... I wish there were more fresh mods, and as good as this one.
Awesome, Just what I was looking for. Kevlar Vest, RobCo jumpsuit, and Leather Backpack. Urge Wasters Scarf Fallout 3 Edition handles the clipping issues. Perfect for my Robco Certified play thru. Thanks,
Yeah, Tad Bit Of A Problem, I Have No Idea Which Armor's It Works With. Every Single Pre-War Item Of Clothing I Have Doesn't Work. Gloves Appear, Kevlar Doesn't, Though It Still Gives Me The Damage Resistance.
Now, this makes me think of the vests that Makarov and his team wore in the mission "No Russian" from MW2. This could be worn over one of the pre-war suits to get that look.
BUG REPORT: This mod is awesome, but it seems to be conflicting with the Sprint Mod, (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1854#fileanchor) in the fact that it'll freeze. The error occurs at the main menu, as soon as you hit the Load button you'll freeze, and have to CTRL + ALT + DEL out.
I click the vest in my inventory, but nothing happens. I get a default Fallout 3 noise, notifying me that this item can't be put on, and whatever I do it refuses to even equip.
I run alot of mods, from FOOK 2, to simple small mods. I have to say this is one of the most enjoyable mods I use. I love being able to use this over other clothing items aswell. A++ Thank-You.

I notified the maker of the Sprint Mod aswell.
