Idealy, this mod would work alone, but with a low weight limit, the encombrance is still realized.
The formula for calulating the weight penality when moving without a weapon is:
So wait a second does this mod simply raises the cap at which character won't be able to run due to overencumbrance?! Thats it? It doesn't actually do anything to deal with gradual slowing with each 10 pounds worth of equipment filling inventory up? I don't get it...sorry for waiting 12 years just to ask that! EncumbranceMultiplier = 1 - fMoveEncumEffectNoWea *
(fMoveWeightMin + WornWeight)/(fMoveWeightMax - fMoveWeightMin)
And it is slightly different with a weapon out. So you see that this plays only one part in the overall formula.
