Oh, brilliant mod. I've always been keen on first-person mods, but this one's just so simple and excellent. Do you think you could try something like a first person display for power armor helmets? Oh, wait, everyone's already said that.
I'm going to try and update this mod to adapt to other mods, (seeing as how I haven't heard back from ANY sunglasses modder) with transition and polarized effects.
I'll also take into consideration of peoples suggestions to adapt the effects to other items as a separate mod.
You can convert this mod to an esm (using FO3Edit), load up the GECK with this mod and the sunglasses esp set as active, and then apply the script to the new sunglasses. Please note that you are going to have to edit the GECKCustom.ini setting bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1. The ini is in your My Games folder.
Another option is to copy the scripts and screen effects to the sunglasses esp and use them (removes the dependency).
I really like this mod and i'm using this with Sunglasses Collection Mod. how do I apply this effect to the other sunglasses? it doesnt seem to be working.. Help?
I agree with greenhell, make the FX effect for helmets etc. and this is just my opinion but I think it could be a tad darker. Good mod overall, giving it a 10.
After having killed Burke, and trying on his shades, i was hoping to see an effect like this...can't say I expected it, so I wasn't exactly disappointed when it didn't happen, but I felt it would have been a neat touch!
And now, here it is, in the form of a mod instead! Wohoo! ">
