Noticed a funny quirk - if you use Monticello Park, the two BoS outside Arlington Library are no longer outside Arlington Library, they're outside a boarded up building. Monticello Park adds back the cut content where Arlington Library was inside the one of the Arlington worldspaces, and the building they used as AL for the release game is just another boarded up building. It doesn't affect the inside of AL, just where the door is.
Those BoS outside the boarded up building WERE very useful in fighting the nearby Talon Merc camp, but it's funny that they're standing on either side of a door that's completely boarded over.

The quest markers for the library quest WILL lead you to the proper path to get to the library. It's just more of a fight, and a cool new worldspace just for the library.
I've tried extracting the files with multiple programs(7zip/WinRar) and they all say 'No Archive' which is unfortunate because It looks like a cool mod.
Funny that you buffed those BoS - I often follow them without helping, knowing I stand a good chance of getting some goodies when they finally buy the farm.
