   I noticed one in Mama Dolce's today... Maybe it's not a mod? I have a lot of mods, but probably not the same as you.

      I think it's one of my mods (or at least one I'm using, because i'm sure it wasnt there before i started modding F3

   Use F03Edit and do a scan for conflicts. Then go to the Fallout 3 esm and look for the Citadel Laboratory Cell, it'll show you and mods that touch that area.
