Since I can't seem to find the mod that was the cause of this (be it one of mine or another mod) I made a small patch to cover all.

It addresses a random doorway to nowhere that I noticed in the Citadel, adding this small patch to your load order will rectify the problem.

Note if I fin the offending mod I will correct it if it is mine, or notify the developer. This is just a quick fix.
