   The refrigerator storage resets. Definitely needs more storage but i downloaded a furniture mod and disabled stuff in the bathroom and I now have a shelf, footlocker, and desk! kept the sink for that much-needed hydration.

   This mod deletes navmeshes from BrokenSteel.esm. Is this intentional? And edits lot's of other already existing navmeshes too. May i ask why?

   My only issue with this house is it has no locker or storage outside of the fridge or tool box. Other then that it's "A-OK"

   looks nice, not over powered, looks lore friendly, like something cobbled together from pieces near by. im so tired of seeing the supper fancy player homes & over powered weapons ones.
