Hey! i absolutely love this mod, it makes playing the same character forever way more rewarding, but id like to know if you could make a version of the mod that doesn't respawn enemies at The Jefferson Memorial? it's just that if enemies spawn there durning the main quest it could potentially break it, also even after you beat the main quest it could cause issues with the Brotherhood Personel inside Jefferson memorial, so yeah, it's been a long time since the last update, but it would mean the world if you could make this small change, thank you! ^-^
Do you have any idea why Regulators and Talon Company soldiers spawned and both were attacking me? It only happened after installing your mod and since I like your mod otherwise I'm trying to figure this out.
I don't know, i haven't check that out, you'll have to discover it by yourself, I do not play Fallout 3 anymore since I can play in on the New Vegas engine, i have made this mod because of a request. But feel free to try by yourself, wait in-game, and you'll see, there are already containers that respawn so be sure to check a location where containers did not respawn before to see if they do respawn now.
It's a bit difficult to determine whether I've looted a container or not. Most of them spawn random items and random quantities.
I went back to the school near Megaton and did find some items in containers inside, but just seemed like maybe it was random junk, possibly things I hadn't looted before.
I'll have to pay a little more attention to see if specific containers respawn items.
Again, thanks for the mod. I'm using an mod for max level of 99 and was worried I would kill everything and not be able to gain exp eventually.
All this and other mods like it do, is erases the "never resets" flag for all areas. If you want to see exactly what it's doing... just open it up in FO3Edit and take a look see. I haven't looked at it, but I think this one might reset areas that are quest related, which shouldn't happen imo. Meh... to each his own.
Not only that but also the flag of some templates, NPCs and creatures. But anyway, it's a mod for people who want to play freely, for those the word "sandbox" means a lot to them. No one is forcing you to download this.
And since you seems like a pro when it comes to modding, why don't you make your own mods? I'd love to see you try.
The GECK should always be used first by the way, it's better this way, FO3Edit is just to check if everything is fine and to make sure there are no errors.
When you do not know what you are talking about, you don't talk, just a friendly tip all right?
I'm sorry if you took offense at my comment. I was only trying to answer what your mod does and to inform people how to check it themselves, to see what changes it's making. This was my only intent. I do recommend that you take some time to review the posting criteria here on the Nexus, as your remarks can be taken as a personal attack in their current form.
For the record, I DO know what I'm talking about. FO3Edit is designed to do way more than just "check if everything is fine". I could list the numerous abilities of it here, but simply downloading the PDF tutorial for it, will suffice. Available to all on the Nexus. I recommend anyone that uses mods to become very familiar with it.
Take care and thanks for contributing to the Nexus.
Did not took offense at your comment, sorry if you thought so, I was just letting you know that there are more than just that, plus, not everyone are willing to spend the time making this, sure, it's a simple mod but it takes some time to make it.
I honestly don't use it since I do not play Fallout 3 anymore, I made it for other people to enjoy it, if they don't enjoy it, then they just have to delete it, it's not the kind of mod made for everyone.
Honestly, I prefer when enemies respawn, it makes the game more alive and I don't have to restart a game every week (manner of speaking).

Question: Does this also cause contents of containers to respawn, such as med kits and ammo boxes?
