   It's not working for me and I've triple checked everything. Is this not compatible with the script extender, or might there be something I'm missing?

   "there are almost no in game times when you get to add more points to your Special"
   
   Have you never picked up a bobblehead? Or picked Intense Training?

      Don't forget the reward for the quest "Those!" gives a SPECIAL bonus to Strength or Perception
      
      Also the Lucky 8-Ball technically gives a permanent Luck bonus which is accounted for while selecting perks unlike that of added effects for armor/chems
