I have install it with vortex. it din't work, entire game chrashs And i have it install manualy Buuut....whenever i will in this room the Game crashs again. i have the GotY [Steam] Edition all DLC's are include The same happens with Leaf16591's Version of your Mod. Explain?
there is a wrong address in the mod that don't give you the chinese stealth armor suite in the anchorage terminal,i've fixed and there is the link http://www.mediafire.com/file/5u38ll7lexsrm0c/Cheat_terminal_for_DLC_and_caps-22295-1_fixed.rar/file with the fix, if the author want can upload it!
imma just say it, there are two types of alloy steel weapons, the sim version and the wasteland version, the sim versions can be acquired but only through console commands or use of the creation kit

It seems that this mod doesn't work, because doors doesn't spawn.
The location is at Megaton, on the right side when u exit that city.
