Edit: - Just tested it. I get instant limb damage as soon as I go to sleep and wake up full health even if I set RI-Sleep to not do that. I have both RI Core & FNNsys loaded. Any suggestions?
y2alex, Hi can you try this experiment. Disable my patch and go into Primary Needs options and disable both the well rested perk and sleep healing. Make sure your health is down some and sleep for 8 hours. Do you get healing? I cannot figure out how to make the options work. It doesn't look like my patch should even affect the well rested perk. Maybe someone versed in scripting could chime in. Thanks Here is how it is supposed to work, when you press the option to turn off well rested what it does is sets a game global to number 3 so when the game engine runs down the script and see's the condition for # 3 it runs that section. To me it looks correct maybe somewhere else in the RN scripts is the culprit.
Hey, tested the new version and it works perfectly with RiPNO! Awesome XD. I also tested with just the regular RI-Sleep mod, but the same problem from the original version persists (instant limb damage etc). Any chance you'd make a separate compatibility version for this as well, as an alternative?
Do you mean it's working with RiPNO sleep options but doesn't with RI Primary Needs? That's strange because RiPNO has absolutely nothing to do with it. all the changes were made to RI_Core.esm. RiPNO uses the RI_Core but does not change it. I don't have Primary Needs installed just RiPNO maybe all that has to be done is to add a Master to the plug-in. let me install RI Primary needs and take a look. Thanks for the heads up.
Y2Alex, There is a script that is shared between RiPNO and RI_Core. that concerns the options menu. If you had RiPNO installed then uninstalled it and tried Primary Needs it may well be messed up in your save. Fallout is funny that way; the saves remember everything even mods no longer in use. Did you try with an older save also?
Hey Celtic Girl, sorry for the late. But I'm the one that messed up. It works with both RIPNO and Primary Needs just fine. Thank you for all these little tweaks you make. Especially My Brahmin Bessy, I appreciate your work.
