   This does work!  You have to put the file in the actual Fallout 3 folder, NOT the Data folder.

   do not nexus user download this s#*! its a full a s#*! i try this long time ago no one deserve this kind crap and i just get a lot motivation to tell this one so you dont waste time and two i just lose my save becouse enclave improvent project i still havent get to full try because shitty story
