Readme painful difficulty

this is a readme.
the mod changes all the weapon stats so it may interfer or be incompatible with other stat changing mods
you install by dropping the .esp file into your fallout 3 data or by using nexus mod manager(i believe this is possible)
makes game difficult adds more uniques and if i get better at things it will have unique ares eventually.
stop reading this and go play the mod.
