Hope somebody can help. For some reason it always CTDs when I encounter the first RAD-Ghoul just after you get the BB gun. Not sure if it is the mod though does seem somewhat odd.
First, I would like to thank you very much for this mod as it gives me a immeasureable amount of relief when playing this game, knowing that I don't have to look or deal with insects. For someone who begins to sweat or feels weird on his feets when he sees just the name of the abominations (Cock Rs) is yeah, It's that bad. And this mod is a lifesaver.
I got a "request" I think that's what this is? Can you make the esp files so that you can select which abominations to replace? Like how "Mutants Be Gone - Creature Replacer" does. Because while I did enjoy the fact that there's none of these abominations to deal with, I find that there's a lack of different types of enemies to deal with. So I figured that it would be nice if you can completely customize this mod.
Bloodly Hell I sound like a shitty businessman and that sucks.
I have myself issues with the Insects in the Fallout games, I have the mod for Fallout 4 and Fallout 4 Nuka World. And I haven't been playing Fallout 3 because I couldn't find a mod for the insects for Fallout 3. Unto now! I haven't tried it out yet but I will tomorrow! Thank you so much for making this mod!
I have been distracted by lots of other stuff (work, studies, gaming, books I am busy writing, etc.) that I forgot/neglected to continue working on this mod. (Yes, I know I said I would...) Since this game with all of its DLCs is not really expensive, I decided not to make seperate files (vanilla, individual DLCs etc.). Modifying this mod or making a mod just like this is easy using G.E.C.K., and you should be able to do it yourself after learning some basics. You are free to use elements from this mod. I think I stated somewhere that you can use this mod as you like as long as you mention me as the original creator. I have been asked to do a mod like this for Fallout 4. And I will make one, eventually, including seperate files for main game and the DLCs. It may take a while...
This mod is great, thanks for your hard work. If you plan to work further I would be very grateful for a full Ghoul replacer mod. Just an update that adds all the other creatures like molerats and vicious dogs etc. I really appreciate having this modification because it's streamlined down to one single esp. I was using about half a dozen other files before to get the same effect and it seemed a little clunky and heavy on my load order. This could turn into a really lightweight and hassle free zombie apocalypse type of mod, which is missing from the nexus. Thanks again, it's good to see Fallout 3 still getting attention.
Awesome! I was actually waiting for more people to comment, make request etc... And as I've mentioned somewhere in the comments below: if more people liked that idea I might eventually make a ghoul-zombie-mod. It's just time-consuming, so it will take time. I've actually kept this mod private for a long time to make sure I didn't mess with anything important.

The mode itself is really wonderful, and I like it.
But I like Mirelurk.
So I want to reverse what I changed to ghoul.
So I am sorry to change it arbitrary, as I deleted lurk-ghoul by geck and saved, the runtime was in erroralong with double of the size.
