Arefu Player Home Enhanced

This is built upon the Arefu Player Home by Brackzilla (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/20174/?). This mod takes the lore friendly and not overpowered home from that mod and adds an small quest to to justify the Lone Wanderer's use of it.

The house it initially locked. Evan King has a key to it but the player could pick the lock if they want. However, if the Blood Ties quest ends successfully and if Evan King is alive and still has the key in his possession, it will be awarded to the player along with ownership of the house. The house will be renamed to My Arefu House and the bed will begin awarding the player with Well Rested staus when slept in.

Installation
============
If you don't have Brackzilla's mod already installed, just place the file ArefuPlayerHome.esp in your Fallout 3 Data directory and enable the plug-in by the usual means.

If you DO have Brackzilla's mod installed, please create a save game for backup purposes. You could just overwrite the plugin file but, to be extra cautious that you don't lose anything, you should take everything you want to keep out of the house, disable the mod, restart the game and make a clean save, install this version, overwriting the esp file and then replace your stuff in the house. The only asset in the house which has changed is the bed (to add the Well Rested logic) but it doesn't hurt to be cautious.

In either case, if you have already completed Blood Ties and Evan King is still alive, you will be automaticaly awarded the key and the house.
