A really nice and simple place to bed down at the start of the game. I did enjoy the "visual" story you added to it. It does fit in with the rest of the wastes, and adds just enough stuff not to be overpowered. I probably clean mine up a bit and spruce it up with either feng shui or portable camp stuff to make it a little more homey.
