1) Download the Main Archive, find it on your Hard Drive and extract the contents using a ZIP program (like 7-zip, it's free, just google it). 2) Find the 'Data' folder within the extracted folder structure and then copy and paste it into your X:\Bethesda SoftWorks\Fallout3\ folder. 3) Either use the Nexus Mod Manager by double clicking on the icon on your desktop to activate the 'HK416.esp', or -alternatively- when you start Fallout 3 with your 'Fallout3Launcher.exe' you can click on the 'Data Files' tab and check the box of the 'HK416.esp'. 4) Play the game and when you're outside Vault 101 make your way to Springvale and locate the safe that contains the weapon; the screenshots provided in the Main Archive will show your where.
EDIT: you also need some form of ArchiveInvalidation; NMM lets you toggle it. If it's already activated in NMM, just switch it off and back on again. Newly added content (3D models and their textures) will now be properly rendered ingame.
well what i am gonna dfo i dunno if i am ok with that but i am gonna install these files and check if both of them has missing scrypt if yeah please please please tell me why it has misssing scrypt and it is not installed properly
This really is an excellent weapon. The only thing that could improve it is to make the scopes red dot easier to see. or just give the option for normal cross hair scope. I see the author has been banned, so I don't imagine getting an update for this one.
Well, that is a really big list so for time sake go check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lV5yPwDa9CQ
That covers all of the major texture mods I have. The only thing it may not cover is enb. I personally like blackout's enb for NV, but they have dozens of different enb's to pick from so just try them out and see what you like.
Thanx mate that vid helped alot i already had the nmc retexture pack but now i know which mods to improve upon it with ?? B4 i forget i would love to see this gun in fallout 4 when mods go online do you have any plans to convert it over?
I might, but Bethesda isn't supposed to release GECK until a year after release so its going to be a while. Right now i'm in the process of porting it to Fallout: NV.
I'm sorry, but a must have something close to 100 mods loaded onto my game so you're going to have to be a little more specific. What aspect of the picture would you like to know about?

This should be the hair/hat link: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/1146/?
If you can't find the hair/hat in that mod let me know and i'll go take another look at my mod list, but i'm fairly certain that's the right link.
