You know, I never thought to beef up Arkansas, seeing as he has a sniper rifle and a town full of mines he can set off. If I don't snipe him with my own sniper rifle from the edge of rifle range, he usually blows me to hell with exploding mines and cars, or fills me full of .308 rounds before I can get close. I could probably get him with a couple stealth boys, but that's a big waste of valuable stealth boys. Especially since he's only carrying a sniper rifle which is more easily obtained elsewhere. It DOES sound fun, though! I'll give it a whirl the next time I'm playing FO3. That will be when FO3Edit 3.1.2 comes out since the current Unofficial FO3 Update requires FO3Edit 3.1.2 in order to make a merged patch.
I'm going to push towards more organized descriptions and adding images to my files. just know I will never scam people on the Nexus, I'm not looking to be banned. As always, please enjoy this file and leave comments on updates or future mods I should do.
