This adds a few items and backstory to the hostile character 'Arkansas' in the area Minefield. It is advised that you take the time to read the note I placed to get the idea behind me making this. THIS IS NOT A QUEST MOD.

-50 "BMF Rifle
-Two New Notes, one in Andale and one in Arkansas' Camp.
-Unique variant of wine
-Unique combination between Fallout New Vegas' "Steady" and Med-X
-New Armor
-Bring lots of Stimpaks.

INSTALLATION:
NMM:
It's advised that you use this, it's a small .esp and isn't worth going through the hassle of FOMM or Manual Installation

FOMM:
Download Manually and install using "Package Manager" in FOMM

Manual:
Download Manually, open the .zip archive and place the .esp inside your Fallout 3 DATA FOLDER
