The building is now fully navmeshed and turned into an ESM to prevent the navmesh bug. ESM only. Download main file, remove esp and replace it with this ESM. Then rename "Sound/Voice/RiversideCafe.esp" to "Sound/Voice/RiversideCafe.esm" so the voices work.
