2023 review: First of all, I tested only "Player House" version and my review will be based on one play-session. This new land-location has some pretty good landscape and cozy feeling (after you deal with "inhabitants", of course). But great idea for new location/player house really needed more polishing before initial upload release. In the beginning there are problems with navmeshing/path-finding in interior cell of "house basement entrance". My little friend Scratch couldn't progress forward with me and was stuck at the door. Also, I found few floating objects in the thin air, like quest note with background information and some parts of furniture/static objects. You can reach note with "tcl-ing", but to remove other annoying objects you'll need to manually use Geck. Overall, too little for actual new player house and too little for proper dungeon/exploration location. More polishing and expansion of content and it can be much better for potential players. Should you try this mod in 2023? As a new player house - no, not the best choice and some "remastered/remake" version will be nice to see in the future. But if you only need small new location to shoot raiders and ghouls for 10-15 minutes, why not? It's not "game breaking", some bugs here and there, but not the worst experience that you can have with mods. Still my endorsement for interesting concept.
