Hey I am taking a stroll down memory lane... I played Oblivion... now playing Modded Oblivion.. going to move on to Fallout 3 next...

How does your mod stack up to
    Hardmode
    https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/39150

(You turn the main games difficulty slider down to zero and install this mod so your character is as squishy as the enemy)

I am a bit less interested in making the game super hard although that would be a plus
.... but I am most interested in faster paced combat kill or be killed action... NOT LIKE Oblivion or New Vegas Vanilla....

If memory serves me correct FO3 had much less of a problem with tanky enemies.... Oblivion vanilla was horrible for tanky damage sponges, but at least it was somewhat lore Friendly... FONV was absurdly stupid in how tanky enemies were... NCR Rangers could take mag dumps to the head and keep living...

I noticed in your tweaks you buffed the damage the player takes but not damage delt out... is this mod ment to be played on "easy" so everything dies faster.... I want a harder game... but I want a specific type of difficulty.

Nice idea because Fallout 3 (and NV) soon get too easy, especially after a couple of playthroughs, even on Very Hard setting. There is another mod called Legendary Difficulty which alters FO3's Very Hard stats to be that of the Legendary difficulty (harder than very hard) from Elder Scrolls. But for what it's worth, here's my suggestion:
    Damage dealt: x0.33
    Damage received: x3
    experience points: x1.1

You should increase damage for both sides.

Was a fan of the idea, but then i saw the mod lacks substance.

Adding extra damage doesn't make a game more difficult, it just makes it less enjoyable.

Consider increasing the exp cap further instead of taking it away, I'm not really sure why you would take it away since it's the main incentive to play on higher difficulties. If people want to level slower then there are mods specifically made for that.

For now I'll just stick to MMM Spawn Increase + Vanilla Very Hard to improve my difficulty.
