    Sticky
    Added DLC support!
    Fixed Megaton nuke visibility!
Added support for DCInteriors! Only weather mod on the nexus that got this afaik
Now you can see my weather through the transparent windows that the DCInteriors mod adds!

I decided to leave out The Pitt and Point Lookout because I think that the weather in those areas are already fitting.

(Note that my weather does not replace the Anchorage weather, only the areas in the wasteland that are added by Anchorage.)

    =====================================================================================================================

If you think something needs revisioning/tweaking just leave a comment and I'll see what i can do.
Thanks for all the feedback and support.

Well done. Yes, as a general rule weather-type mods need to be loaded last (same true for FNV and FO4 too). The reason being most cells contain some original vanilla weather, light and/or fog instruction etc. So if another mod alters such a location (maybe even just by placing something there) it could reference some of that info, inadvertently resetting your weather changes there back to vanilla.

This is a serious bug report for the DC Interiors versions but there's currently no bug report page!
AAARGH NO!!! I've belatedly discovered the DC Interiors friendly versions actually all bork some parts of DC Interiors!

Took ages to figure out, as what it borks is interior ground edits in some DC Interiors rooms. An example is the chinese food place half way up the hill on the right in Takoma. The sloping ground inside is missing. And in Georgetown a barber shop by the Radiation King store, extra ground level appears 2/3rds the way up inside the room. As I'd forgotten I was using a supposed DC Interiors-friendly version of this mod, I never imagined a weather mod could be the problem (and even knowing, it seems an unlikely offender anyway) so I spent hours looking elsewhere until I gave up and did a laborious process of elimination and countless clean saves - and this mod was the very last one I tried.

I looked in FO3edit and see a few red highlighted differences with DC Interiors but my skills aren't up to figuring which exact edits cause it.

Workaround: Problem doesn't occur with the normal (i.e., non-DC Interiors) versions! Something in the supposed DC Interiors-friendly version itself is the cause! Guess it's the very edit that makes weather seen out through windows match what's outside, but how/why is beyond me. All I can say for now is, if you use DC Interiors (Combo Edition) just use the regular versions of this weather mod, not the DC Interiors ones!

Hi, great job on the mod! Where do i find the reshade preset to turn on the effects of this? And, by the way, do you know how to install reshade  on fallout3?

I'm getting vanilla weather in Adams Air Force Base. Is that normal? I'm using BrighterDusty - Broken Steel and Anchorage. The plugin is on the very bottom of the load order.

How can I get darker nights with the Toxic preset?  Is it possible with xEdit?

Possibly conflicting with another mod? Do you have Alton installed? I found if I have this mod installed after Alton I get a lightening and then darkening affect with this mod (which would actually be acceptable weather-like variability were it less sudden and less intense). But if I install it before Alton I don't get this mod showing up in DC Wasteland at all! Shame because I like both mods.

EDIT: So Alton was updated. Not sure if that fixed things or because I moved Polluted Wasteland to the very end, but this mod is working now. Btw, I've settled on this mod's Brighter Dusty version - the colours are fantastic imho. I'd prefer a slightly foggier version, but other mods I've tried either don't do it for me, or cause stutter, and so this mod's Brighter Dusty is the best I've found.

PS: This mod does work with the Enhanced Weather mod, but I find storms during fights give my modest PC notable frame stutter.

I have always loved the green tint of Fallout 3 and could never bear to install anything that might remove it. I'm so glad that I found this! The toxic option increases the atmosphere of the desolate wasteland perfectly.

The fact that it refrains from editing Point Lookout is an absolute boon. I adore the way the swamps look in Point Lookout. The blue fog just goes so well with the lonely world-space and some of the more unnerving inhabitants. I wish I could find a way to make the swamp town of Morthal from Skyrim look more like Point Lookout. I would probably never leave.

Anyway, thank you for creating this, MassiveKrull. I can't imagine playing Fallout 3 without it.
