omg! i love this with enhanced camera, its genius, but i still think its a tad bit too slow, especially out in the big wasteland, if you would make a version just a little bit faster, you'll be my hero
I used it with FWE and the only issue I saw was that sometimes you seem to have to change your equipped weapon to get Purposeful Walking to kick in. Usually only happened once a session, however. Never tried the winterized T51b, but other power armors worked fine.
Dunno about the Sprint mod, I haven't tried them together (sprinting seems like cheating to me. When you are carrying a couple of hundred pounds around, you shouldn't be sprinting anyway). Try it out and let us know.
Crippled limbs will still slow you down, but you should still walk a little faster outside when crippled with this mod than vanilla.

But maybe I misunderstand what you mean.
But you can edit the speed in the G.E.C.K. to whatever you want. If you need help, shoot me a PM.
