Looks like we may need this wonderful fix in fallout new vegas as well, since i just saw in the Yukichigai Unofficial Patch - YUP that he has made it so that we can't wear and head-ware or face-masks with the Chinese Stealth Armor version in that game.
Thanks for this. I'm going to check it out. A friend of mine noticed the same fix (bug) with the patch and removed the unofficial patch just for this reason, plus a few others. This one really made him mad though. If it works...will endorse.
