Introduction:
This mod will allow you to choose the Ghoul race when you start a new game.

Description:
Because you are an unfortunate Ghoul the world treats you as an outcast therefore you have less Charisma than a Smootheskin but on the bright side, you have naturally increased Perception and Agility.

As a Ghoul you are immune to radiation in fact you thrive on it. There are six levels of radiation as follows:

Fatally Low Rads 0-200 -3 Strength, -4 Endurance, -10 Health every 30 seconds
Critically Low Rads 200-400 -2 Strength, -2 Agility, -3 Endurance
Severely Low Rads 400-600 +5 Unarmed Damage, -1 Agility, -1 Endurance
Below Normal Rads 600-800 +1 Increase Critical Chance, +5 Unarmed Damage,
Normal Rads 800-1000 +1 Increase Critical Chance, +10 Unarmed Damage, -1 Intelligence
Optimum Rads 1000+ +2 Increase Critical Chance, +20 Unarmed Damage, -2 Intelligence, Glow Effect


Perk 'Ghoul Rad Heal' at level 8 Restore health while enduring radiation poisoning at 800


Faction.....
Four versions of faction:
Allied with most ghouls
Allied with most ghouls except Feral
Allied with most ghouls except Chinese
Allied with most ghouls except Feral and Chinese




Changelog:

Version 2.3 Added more faction choices: All ghouls, all ghouls except Chinese, all ghouls except Feral, all ghouls except Chinese and Feral

Version 2.2.1 Minor change: Glowing base Effect added recover flag; Don't know if it does anything.

Version 2.2 Fixed 'Ghoul Glow' glow effect comes on at 1000 rads as it should.

Version 2.1 Fixed not being able to fast travel or sleep with radiation levels over 1000.

Installation:
Drop Playable Ghoul Race.esp into your Fallout 3/Data folder.

Requirements/Compatability:
Should be compatable with most mods unless they change factions.

Uninstallation:
Open console and type:
player.RemoveFromFaction GhoulRaceFaction

To be able to finish Broken Steel you will have to download this nice mod: Custom Race Endings Broken Steel OverRide by Laffie
