Don't play much Fallout 3 now just looking at the new mods and I gotta say, great idea of this, be awesome just smacking grenades at people with Golf clubs

But the only thing missing here is a big ol' group of grenade-happy raiders just waiting to be turned to pieces by a vault dweller who thinks he's Babe Ruth.
Can I do that in VATS mode? Is the grenade or whatever something incoming to me visible in VATS before i can whack it and bring it back to those who throw at me?
