Added some items to Roy's camper to make it look more lived in.

Introduction:
Bigtown has aquired four new merchants, and a tinker who will repair your gear to 100% plus a guard of the fair sex that patrols Bigtown to keep everyone in line.
The Mercantile is located in the ranch house on the right as you enter Bigtown at Dusty's guardpost, and houses three merchants.
The fourth vendor keeps a small stash of spirits on hand for the weary wanderer and is in an old camper within the town.
These vendors offer: Food,General Supplies,Weapons, and Drinks.
I have tried to make this mod to be imersive and fit in with Bigtown, I hope you will enjoy it.

Installation:
Just drop Bigtown-Mercantile.esp into your Fallout Data folder.

Requirements/Compatability:
This should be compatable with all mods as long as the Mercantile ranch house hasn't been altered.

Uninstallation:
Just remove Bigtown-Mercantile.esp from your Fallout /Data folder.

Notes:
There may be a problem with the door barricade showing up and preventing entry. The barricade has been deleted but for some reason, on my machine Fallout puts it back.
This seems to only happen when the esp is made into a master file.
