when you say "everywhere' you mean we can fast travel from any location (interior/exterior) to the temple of the union. or literally everywhere to everywhere ?
I mean from nearly anywhere IN the Temple of the Union to another location. I'm fairly certain you still can't travel from residents' rooms to another place on the map, but in the main area of TOTU, you can leave.
Yah, it IS annoying...and I never understood why they did it either. :/ I once tried to move the fast travel point by Hoover Dam over at Fallout NV closer to the door, but there were a hundred things blocking that from happening, so I could understand that...but WHY in heck do you have to be 10 miles away from the Temple of the Union to fats travel from it? You can fast travel from the friggin' top of the Washington Monument (seriously...try that the next time you install the Virgo dish for the GNR quest), but you can't from a building with no roof?! Logic-fail.
