Well, for some strange reason, only version 101, and 102 actually have the Texture File of the face in them, the other two downloads have a file that's SUPPOSED to be the texture file, but install it looks like a transparency or specualar or whatever file. So, the main download and 103 aren't going to work.
Not possible, unless you SPECIFICALLY moved the textures into Data\Textures\Characters\ChildFemale, because the mod files themselves all contain the texture path Data\Textures\Characters\Female\, and unzipped, would go into the proper directory.
I wish I never read the threads here. I never even noticed the double eye brow until people brought it up here. I always thought of it as eye brow liner like women used to wear back in the 60's and 70's. Like mom used to wear. Now, I realize it's an actual texture flaw and now it's nothing but a distraction. Too bad, I really liked how it made my girl look. Oh well...off to get Diamon's race changers.
As mentioned by Daniel_Shougun, v1.03 will give you problems due to wrong texture for headhuman.dds. Same applies for v1.00. I think JosefGrey must've forgotten to set it up right and add the proper headhuman.dds file.
If you use v1.00 or v1.03 you are going to run into problems like myself where you get an invisible face. You will only see the eyeballs, gum and teeth most of the time. Especially indoor cells and somewhat out in the wasteland, but mainly outside facing a certain direction.
Though, what strikes me odd is that this was my first cosmetic mod I ever used when I first started FO3 and I never had this issue with my vanilla character, but now that I try to use this for my custom race it's a whole nother ball game. Invisible face only allowing me to see the eyeballs, gum and teeth. I know the reason why, but it's odd that it never happened to the vanilla race back then... And I know for sure it was this version that I was using due to the latest images included in the last version. The only difference is, is that I downloaded v1.03 from FP site before finding out about nexus site. This was back in late 2009, early 2010, however.
I suggest sticking with v1.01 or v1.02 since those have the proper texture for the headhuman.dds.
You could always download v1.03, then take the headhuman.dds file from v1.02 and manually place it into the v1.03 folder, zip it up, and install. Or, you could just install v1.03 and drop the headhuman.dds file in the proper place in the Fallout data folder tree.
1113-I was having a double eyebrow problem with another mod. I went into the GECK and opened the NPC and under "head parts" I removed "FemaleEyebrow" and it left it with just one eyebrow. don't know if that helps.
Has no one been able to fix the double-eyebrow problem yet? Several people have asked about it, but no one has mentioned anything. I've been experimenting left and right for a fix. No luck yet.

Hope someone can create a patch for this bug. Maybe it's a conflict with project beauty. I don't know, but the double eyebrow has got to go.
